Growing up during the ’80s, Nancy covered her walls with Duran Duran posters and used lots of hairspray. Having failed to gain international recognition with these efforts, she cut off her hair and entered art school where she achieved high marks in Repurposing Post Consumer Assets (ie: scrounging through trash for assignments) and Late Night Consumption of Jolt (pre-Red Bull era).
20 years later she has succeeded in growing her hair back in and satisfies her Gen X angst through exploration of art, design and writing. In searching for like souls, she created Overbury Ink as an arena for her Steampunk tendencies. Here a home can be found for others who have an eye for the unusual, original and unique.
She also has a 25 year old turtle and 3 cats in the family.
